9:57am
Our first food stop (not talking about the prolonged coffee before starting at
McDonalds). Changi Village hawker center. |

I'm in the process of learning that we're not so much
training as moving from place to place looking for good food. |
|
|

This is more or less the place that I slipped, throwing
my fishball noodles everywhere. I'm a class act. |
|
|

If you focus you can make out a bit of my noodles under the table. I'm suspicious about
the fact I slept right next to a competitors stall... |

11:45am
Halfway across the island we find ourselves at another fried carb stop. This is
some of the yummiest fried carbs going: prata. It takes a tougher stomach than mine,
however, to eat 2000 calories of this and get back on my bike. So I pass. |

Vote of approval for
the South Indian Meal.
No this is NOT PeeWee. |

Second Prata meal of the day.
For the uneducated, prata is a kind of fried bread... oily, crispy.. like a very
crunchy naan but fried. It's served with curry. |
